VANILLA

Tripper has been involved in vanilla for more than 25 years. We are one of the only companies in the world that can say that we handle the vanilla from its very early stages of being just a green pod. We add value to our company here in Indonesia by waiting until the vanilla is perfectly matured, and we process everything in our very own warehouse in Bali. Transforming the vanilla into gourmet extracts as well as high quality powders.

CINNAMON

When it comes to cinnamon, we know everything straight down to the very origin of the spice. We have built a factory next to the main port of Indonesia just for cinnamon. Our factory has state of the art equipment selected and imported from all around the world to assure that the product we deliver is simply the best. We are the first company in the world to offer “fair for life” cinnamon.

CLOVE

Indonesia is the largest consumer as well as producer of cloves. We have been fortunate enough to be involved early on in this business, and today offer a wide range of added value product. We only buy a one year old clove that has had the time to slowly dry and therefore develop a unique flavor.

TURMERIC

This magic spice that might be the cure for Alzheimer had to be in our portfolio. We are currently developing a replanting project with Balinese farmers to have a closer access to this spice and to eliminate the use of pesticides.

NUTMEG

We could not be in Indonesia and not tackle this unique spice. In our philosophy to be the best, we offer an aflatoxin free nutmeg.
